Visa Notes & Fees

• Passport: Original Passport with the validity of minimum six months and minimum one blank page required.
  Please Note: Attach all old passports (if any)Also If applicant has travelled before to Singapore in his old passports or if there is no travel – He needs to provide a declaration letter
   **Handwritten passport will not be accepted.
• Visa Application Form: Form-14A to be duly filled and signed by the applicant.
• Photo Specification: Two recent passport size colored photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm).
   Please note: Photographs should not be more than three months old, scanned/ stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
• Covering Letter : Covering-Letter from applicant stating his name, designation, passport number and purpose & duration of stay in brief. The letter should be duly signed by applicant and addressed to – The Visa Officer,Singapore High Commission, New Delhi.
  Please Note: Covering-Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed .
   Applicant's contact number must be mentioned on the cover letter.
• Accommodation Proof: Hotel booking.
• Proof of Occupation:
  Self Employed:
  a) Personal Bank statement for last 3 months
  b) Proof of Business ownership.
  Employed:
  a) NOC from the company on its letter head or Six months salary slips along with employee ID card copy.
  
  
  Student-Minor below 18 years:
  a) Birth Certificate and if Studying Student ID card copy
  
   b) if minor is travelling alone or with only one parent - NOC and Government signature ID proof from parents is required.
• Honeymoon Travelers: Original or clear scanned copy of Wedding Card has to be submitted along with the visa application.and NOC and Government signature ID proof of unmarried woman from parents.
   2.If married women is travelling alone, NOC and Government signature ID proof from Husband. If married couple travelling , marriage certificate is required.
• Please Note: Embassy may ask for any additional documents.
• IMPORTANT NOTICE- With immediate effect, below mentioned directives are applicable for applying Singapore visa from Singapore High Commission, New Delhi
   1- Applicants must provide confirmed air ticket along with other relevant documents.
• If Visiting Family / Relative / Friend – Need below Dox from invitee:
  1- Invitation letter mentioning Singapore address, contact, FIN/NRIC number of Invitee with Relationship details. Letter should be addressed to “The Visa Officer, Singapore High Commission – New Delhi”.
  2- PR Card copy.
  3- Passport Copy (bio data pages).
  4- Relationship proof.
   5- NRIC card copy.

• Covering Letter Tourist : Covering-Letter from applicant stating his name, designation, passport number, contact number, email id and purpose & duration of visit in brief. The letter should be duly signed by the applicant and addressed to – The Consulate General of Singapore, Chennai.
  Please Note:
  a) Covering-Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed.
   b) Address of the employer has to be mentioned on the covering-letter if employed.
• If Visiting Family / Friends / Relatives : Form V39A invitation letter from the inviter.
• Proof of Occupation:
  Self Employed:
  a) Personal Bank statement for last 6 months.
  b) Company incorporation registration copy, GST registration copy.
  Employed:
  a) NOC from the company on its letter head and 3 months salary slips along with employee ID card
  
  Applicant has enough monies/funds for their declared length of stay. As a rule of thumb, the applicant should have at least SGD400 or Rs.20,000 for each week of stay in Singapore. These funds should not include hotel payments
  
  Student-Minor below 18 years:
  a) Birth Certificate and if Studying Student ID card copy
   b) if minor is travelling alone or with only one parent - NOC and Government signature ID proof from parents is required.
• Airline Reservation: Confirmed Air Ticket along with the tour itinerary.
   Please Note: Travel dates should be minimum 5 working days ahead from the date of submission of the application.
• Accommodation Proof: Hotel booking.
• Honeymoon Travelers: Original Wedding Card has to be submitted along with the visa application.and NOC and Government signature ID proof of unmarried woman from parents.
   2.If married women is travelling alone, NOC and Government signature ID proof from Husband. If married couple travelling , marriage certificate is required.
• Please Note:
  a) If passport is issued other than South region then applicant has to provide any south region address proof.
   b) Consulate may ask for any additional documents.
• Processing Time : Visa processing time will be minimum 5 working days, excluding day of submission, weekends and public holiday. It advised to submit the visa application at least one week prior to the travel date.
• Authorization Letter :- to be filled and signed by the applicant, authorizing Udaan India to submit and collect the documents.
• Please note - First-time visitors to Singapore should also not be travelling alone unless they have a local contact in Singapore. In this case, a V39A form or a Letter of Invitation is necessary.
